Nana Marina Cruz is an Ajq'ij, a Mayan Spiritual Guide of the Tz'utujil community from San Pedro La Laguna, Guatemaya. She's the daughter of the late Tata Pedro Cruz, who preserved the Mayan traditions for many years, even under direct persecution. Nana Marina has continued to practice and teach these traditions and support her family and community with her travels and teaching.
